I have a splint on his back and bottom teeth when I sleep, I can play it with my tongue, a way to stop?
From time to when I do in my sleep and tomorrow I have a toungue cut on the sides of the knee, is on the back of my bottom front 6 teeth and is ongoing. It's really hurts when I do that! It's just a recent thing and I had the key about 4 years and not had this problem before last … about 8 months. I know why I started doing it!
Ask your dentist what they can do about it. it can only give a little wax to prevent the cut. All you have to do is put a little smaller in the wires, or they can cut, and avoid hurting!
